The files contain normalized data in a password-protected MS-EXCEL
spreadsheet and description of the experimental design/samples. Upon request, we will send you the password via e-mail, usually within 24-48 hours. Please, send an e-mail to
karoly.mirnics"you-know-what-comes-here"vanderbilt.edu
(Subject: DATASET DOWNLOAD) that includes:
 | A statement that you will NOT distribute/share the password or dataset
with anyone outside your laboratory. |
 | A commitment that you will include the first and the last author of the
original manuscript on all
of your future manuscripts that may use our dataset (as middle co-authors, of
course). |
 | A brief statement why do you need and how do you plan to use the dataset (we
want to avoid duplication of efforts). |
Note:
These data are not intended to introduce novices to transcriptome profiling. We
assume that you are familiar with the microarray data formats, platforms, basic
statistical procedures, average log ratios, normalization methods. You are
expected to know what you can do with this kind of data.
Affymetrix DAT files are available upon request on a project-by-project
bases.
